Had a fantastic time in a clean room with two double beds. The bar was cozy even if a bit small, but made up for it with a nice atmosphere.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but you know what, it felt acceptable for what we got.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, a friendly bar, and a fantastic restaurant. I'll never forget how the staff helped me find my lost barrette. I'm coming back for a romantic escape.

The Lenox Hotel offered a delightful experience with its charming historic feel and excellent room service. My stay was memorable, although I encountered some noise from the street at times. Overall, I appreciated the attentiveness of the staff and the hotel's prime location for exploring Boston.

Some areas felt noticeably dated. for instance, the bathroom fixtures struggled to keep up with modern standards, and the wallpaper showed signs of wear. The lobby's dim lighting coupled with a strong perfume scent didn't create the welcoming atmosphere expected. Additionally, the lack of in-room coffee machines was a letdown, particularly when the coffee provided at the self-service station didn’t hit the mark. Dealing with the hot water took patience, as it took too long to get warm, a point that needs addressing for top-tier pricing. Overall, it felt like the premium price was mainly for location without matching quality.
